JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Coordinator
Reports to: Brand Experience Manager
General Expectations:
Ensuring our customers receive a world class experience. Utilize the SERVANT LEADERSHIP approach to develop, direct, and implement the sales and production process. Also, provide World Class customer care as a Sales Coordinator using a SERVANT ORIENTED approach to customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complete understanding of Clayton Wakarusa product offerings, pricing structure, and internal systems. Facilitate the order entry process and provide accurate and timely information flow between us and our retailers. Provide necessary administrative support to the Brand Experience Manager and Customer Success Manager. Actively participate in Sales Department initiatives to improve our “products” and “services”. Maintain data tracking spreadsheet and develop marketing support and product specification. Perform additional functions at the request of the Brand Experience Manager, or Customer Success Manager related to generating sales and providing the best possible support to our customers. Answer sales department phone line and transfer calls accordingly.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
Expert written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects independently. Typing proficiency and high degree of computer software literacy. Flexible and empathetic demeanor.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Microsoft software experience is required. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with multiple software platforms. (High software learning aptitude) Customer service experience with emphasis on direct relationship building responsibilities.
This position has a pay range of $23 - $30 an hour.
