Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.
Join eBay’s Regulatory Initiative, where innovation meets compliance! We lead the charge in developing, designing, and completing end-to-end customer solutions for significant new regulations impacting eBay and its sellers. Our distributed team works across various functions, including legal, tax, product, marketing, shipping, customer support, and government relations, to deliver solutions that perfectly balance regulation, customer needs, and business goals. Our work is pivotal, ensuring consumer protection, environmental sustainability, and adapting to global tariff changes, thereby improving the majority of our customers’ experiences.
In this role, you will own the delivery of eBay’s Regulatory programs, including environmental regulations, from strategy to execution. You will build and implement scalable, compliant solutions that ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions. By working closely with product, legal, communication, and operations teams, you will transform complex regulatory requirements into actionable programs, balancing compliance with business efficiency.
