Job Responsibilities:

  • Properly plan, supervise, and manage daily restaurant operations, including menu items (dishes, beverages, teas, and alcoholic drinks), hygiene procedures, and service quality standards

  • Ensure all staff are informed about seasonal products and new items in the market

  • Ensure team members are familiar with rating standards and operations of systems such as Michelin, Forbes, and Black Pearl to maintain high-quality dining service

  • Supervise, maintain, and continuously enhance premium dining, personalized service quality, and satisfaction of VIPs and guests

  • Be well-acquainted with the dining preferences and habits of high-end clientele, and provide quality personalized service

  • Establish comprehensive departmental workflows, standards, and training programs to improve work efficiency

  • Assist in developing appropriate restaurant operations and service procedures in response to market conditions and changing customer needs

  • Actively nurture local staff by creating progressive and sustainable training and development plans

  • Conduct training for team members on Macau’s professional skill recognition benchmarks and star-rated service standards

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Western Fine-Dining restaurants of five-star hotels, or renowned brands; experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is preferred

  • High School Education or above

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
