Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Credit Collections Specialist to join our Account-to-Cash (A2C) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a cash-focused mindset across the organization, managing a strategic portfolio of accounts to minimize delinquency, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the billing and commercial cycles.

You will join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to financial transformation and operational excellence, acting as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and our most valued customers.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Strategic Collections: Independently manage a diverse portfolio of accounts by conducting customer visits and analysis to achieve monthly cash targets and reduce overdue balances.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Resolution: Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify and eradicate the root causes of customer disputes, ensuring long-term payment efficiency.
  • Maintain Financial Integrity: Ensure full compliance with organizational standards by performing rigorous account reconciliations, managing receipt vouchers, and reporting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in credit collections, finance, or a similar business field, preferably within a multinational or matrix environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in Account-to-Cash (A2C) operating models, including a solid understanding of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) improvement and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution and negotiation, with the capacity to analyze complex numerical data and communicate recommendations clearly to executive leadership.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
