The Role:


The MPS Planner is a key role within our global manufacturing planning team. Key responsibilities include establishing the production plan and ensuring resource availability to maintain 100% on-time delivery performance to customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes within a global organization.

  • Balance demand and supply to optimize resource planning and maximize support for business requirements

  • Demand collaboration, Supply commitment, orders management

  • Material planning and availability tracking, also inventory control

  • Manage production capacity, shipment optimization and consolidation, and on-time delivery control

  • Support the new product launch and minimize excess exposure on phase out products

  • Manage exceptions and priorities to minimize shipment impact

  • Driving continuous improvement in planning process, and delivering new capabilities

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:


  • Strong knowledge and skills in manufacturing production planning

  • Proficiency in Office tools, specifically Excel and Google Sheets. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills

  • Fluency in English.

  • Experience of Oracle ERP and Kinaxis is preferred


In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:


  • CPIM ,PM certificate is a plus

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies



Education:

  • Bachelor‘s degree
