Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Has system-wide responsibility on complex projects and components. Provides direction to team members and is a key contributor. May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects. Provides coaching to junior-level employees. Role typically requires between 5 and 8 years of experience.

Under general direction, designs, develops, and deploys advanced AI solutions, including agentic systems and multi-agent architectures, for new products and platform enhancements. Builds and integrates software, APIs, and tools supporting AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data services. Leads the development lifecycle from concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Provides technical leadership on complex projects, contributes hands-on to system design and development, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Solves complex technical challenges and mentors junior engineers while promoting best practices in AI and software engineering. Role typically requires 5–8 years of relevant experience.
