Position Overview:
The Business Analyst is a critical member of the Commercial Operations Excellence Team working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Insulet’s Commercial functions through analysis of business problems, collaborating with IT teams to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs and supporting documentation of business CRM processes.

  • A structured problem solver who can manage solution refinement, issue tracking, and test scripting and execution of UAT.

  • A collaborator who understands the importance of platform standardization and can help steer teams away from fragmented, localized solutions towards scalable approaches.

  • A communicator who can support documentation efforts, including quick reference guides for training teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact between Commercial business and IT for day to day CRM issues and queries, triaging whether it is a training issue, potential bug or enhancement request.
  • Support creation and monitoring of SNOW tickets, for timely resolution.
  • Support investigation and clarification of issues and validate fixes meet business expectations.
  • Identify recurring operational or system issues and escalate to the Commercial Platforms Principal.
  • Collaborate with IT team on analysis for and refinement of low complexity enhancements.
  • Review and validate UAT Test scripts ensuring functionality meets the intended business outcomes.
  • Where required, support execution of UAT.
  • Create and maintain operational CRM documentation aligned to the documentation framework, including; Work Instructions, SOP,s , Quick Reference Guides/Aids


Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a Business Analyst function or similar experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting User acceptance testing (UAT) and writing test scripts is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to provide business analyst deliverables on projects related to Commercial process improvement.
  • Experience supporting or working within a Commercial organisation, preferably in the pharma, medical device, or any other regulatory controlled environment.

  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus.
