The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled SAP Product Configuration & Structure Specialist to support our global network of Production Units and Feeder Factories in the High Voltage Products Business Unit. In this key role, you’ll apply your expertise in Made to Order (MTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) processes to align local production needs with global product structures.
You’ll collaborate with R&D, the SAP Centre of Excellence, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate SAP configuration and drive operational efficiency.

How you will make an impact

• Optimize and configure SAP S/4HANA ETO and MTO modules to streamline engineering and procurement processes.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production Units, and SAP teams to tailor product structures and BOMs for operational efficiency.

• Lead workshops and Kaizen initiatives to identify and implement process improvements across global units.

• Develop and maintain SAP configurations, including Variant Configuration, Classification Systems, and EDI interfaces.

• Support key users and stakeholders with technical guidance, training, and documentation.

• Drive digital transformation by implementing tools that reduce manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.
   

Your background

• 10+ years of experience in SAP configuration, ideally in ETO/MTO environments.

• Strong knowledge of product structures, engineering processes, and SAP integration points.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.

• Fluid English level. Any other EU languages will be considered as a plus 

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
