Position Summary
Exciting opportunity for a General Manager who will be coordinating the pharmacy operations of our Coram location in Redmond, WA.

The General Pharmacy Manager (GPM) will report to a Lead Director of Operations and will develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence and outstanding customer service within the assigned pharmacy. The GPM is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through the delivery of the right drug, to the right place, at the right time!

As a national leader in the home infusion field, we seek to hire those special pharmacists who not only possess strong clinical expertise, but the kind of deep compassion and sensitivity it takes to build one-on-one relationships and support patients receiving infusion therapy in the comfort of their home.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor all daily operation activities of the pharmacy department.
• Partner with reporting managers and work closely with the nursing and sales team.
• Resolution of all customer complaints related to the provision of pharmaceutical care.
• Communicates appropriately with all members of the branch and healthcare team.
• Limit risk management and safety exposure in the pharmacy.
• Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Assume all Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) responsibilities for this branch.

Must participate in 7on 7off Oncall rotation

Required Qualifications

Current license to practice pharmacy in state of Washington.
Must be willing to obtain additional licenses as needed.
1-2 years as Pharmacy Manager or PIC


Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of management experience and leading teams
Home infusion experience or Sterile compounding experience

Education

Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.

B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$120,510.00 - $259,560.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
