You’ve supported high-performing digital product teams and have a proven ability to build systems that scale without losing their human touch. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a deep appreciation for getting the little things right. You know that excellence in operations is a form of care.
You’re also an empathetic and confident communicator who creates genuine excitement about the employee experience. You move through sensitive, complex, and confidential situations with discretion and professionalism. Most of all, you’re someone who sees HR not as policy enforcement, but as a craft—one rooted in trust, growth, and the belief that people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Our hiring process moves quickly and consists of several stages for candidates who capture our attention with their initial submission, including, but not limited to, a short preliminary phone interview, a series of video interviews, and a short take-home exercise, which you'll have up to a week to complete.
Compensation is $80,000 - $100,000 a year.
