Position Overview:

Nissan Benelux is seeking a talented and experienced Content Section Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies, managing social media platforms, and building and nurturing relationships with influencers for national and retail campaigns.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing Nissan's brand presence and engaging with our target audience across the Benelux region at all levels of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Lead the content team developing campaigns in accordance with brand strategy and local business objectives
  • Briefing and follow-up of the creative, production and post-production stages with the agencies, ensuring that schedules are respected
  • Build and deliver BENELUX national and retail 360 multichannel campaigns (Offline, Digital, social media, Influencers and CRM campaigns)
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media channels, newsletters, and other digital mediums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, research trends, and identify content opportunities
  • Budget overall follow up for all production of content and agencies

Social Media Management:

  • Lead, develop and implement a social media and influencer strategy for Nissan BENELUX
    • Content Planning
    • Community management
    • Customer service follow up

  • Social KPIs set up and tracking. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Influencer Marketing:

  • Manage influencer agency to identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the automotive industry
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute impactful campaigns that generate brand awareness, engagement, and drive targeted traffic
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track the success of influencer partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging SoME and influencer marketing strategies

Brand Management and Collaboration:

  • Manage team, agencies & interagency coordination: Creative, Media, Digital, Retail
  • Brand TOV & VI keeper across owned channels and campaigns. Ensure all content, social media posts, and influencer collaborations align with Nissan's brand guidelines and values
  • Cross-functional communication of content plans and alignment with internal and external stakeholders (Agencies, dealer workshops, internal teams, etc.)
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams regarding content creation, social media best practices, and influencer collaborations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven (7-8 years) experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable
