As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the day to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within transportation management systems.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to Oracle SCM modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
