Overview:

We are seeking a Production Manager (PM). The PM will report into the General Manager and is responsible for all Production Team leadership. The role of the PM includes but is not limited to branch leadership, quality control, customer service, installation and safety training, scheduling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

· Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports to ensure operational efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effective management of resources

· Assure all jobs are installed with the utmost attention to detail and quality

· Ensure all scheduling of installation projects are done in a timely manner

· Ensure all subordinates are properly and continuously trained on safety and installation

· Provide excellent customer service to our customers and answer any installation questions

· Ensure all payments from our customers are handled as part of the installation process

· Complete required paperwork in a timely manner

· Schedule daily production reports

· Assist with making sure all vehicles are inspected and maintained daily

· Clearly communicate company policies and procedures in relation to installation and service

· Stay current with applicable local, state, federal safety, and OSHA programs

· Adhere and train to a safety-first culture

Qualifications:

· 5 years' experience in Construction Leadership / Management

· 1-3 years' experience using Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to read schematics or drawings

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Must have power and hand tool experience

· Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season

· Must be comfortable working in inclement weather

· Must be a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to improve services

· Must be able to stand, lift, climb, and bend for prolonged periods up to 40 feet

· Must also possess solid customer service skills as this position is the point of contact with our customers while their project is in the process of installation
