Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑project, multi‑location healthcare installation portfolios (MRI, CT, PET‑CT, Cath Lab).
Own master schedules, critical paths, milestones, and recovery plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
Conduct site readiness assessments covering MEP, HVAC, electrical loads, shielding, statutory approvals, and safety.
Manage contractors and OEM partners across civil, electrical, HVAC, shielding, rigging, and logistics.
Oversee installation, calibration, IQ/OQ, commissioning, and handover to Service/Applications teams.
Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, quality, and infection‑control standards throughout execution.
Control budgets, change orders, billing milestones, and vendor payments.
Act as single point of contact for customers and stakeholders, driving CSAT/NPS and issue resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical/Industrial) or Architecture.
PMP certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
10–15 years of experience in healthcare project management and/or hospital interior fit‑out.
Proven experience delivering complex imaging installations (MRI, CT, PET‑CT, Cath Lab).
Strong exposure to hospital MEP, HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, and IT/network coordination.
Hands‑on experience with regulatory approvals including AERB/NABH/NABL and local authorities.
Experience managing multi‑vendor turnkey projects across multiple locations.
Portfolio and program management with strong critical‑path and dependency control.
Technical expertise in healthcare siting, RF/lead shielding, HVAC, EMI/EMC, and rigging logistics.
Commercial acumen in SoW, BOQs, contracts, claims management, and cost control.
Strong knowledge of EHS practices, risk assessments, permits, and incident prevention.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
People leadership with ability to coach, develop teams, and drive standardization.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD reading, Excel/PowerPoint, ERP systems, and dashboards.
Data‑driven execution mindset focused on first‑time‑right delivery and continuous improvement.
