Join our international team at Skechers Nordic headquarters in Esbjerg as a key link between customers, sales teams, and distribution centers. This dynamic role focuses on supporting the Finnish market while providing backup coverage for other Scandinavian regions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Support & Order Management

    • Manage complete order process for Finnish customers from start to finish

    • Assist wholesale clients via phone and email communications

    • Ensure seamless customer experience through proactive communication

  • Sales & Distribution Coordination

    • Support Finnish Sales Representatives with daily operations and trade fair activities

    • Coordinate priorities with European distribution center for efficient picking, packing, and shipping

    • Serve as central communication hub between multiple departments

  • Language & Administrative Support

    • Provide Finnish-language support across various company departments

    • Handle diverse ad hoc projects that support business operations

    • Assist other Scandinavian markets as needed

    • Fluency in Finnish (essential) and English
