Pure Storage is searching for a dynamic and seasoned marketing leader to drive Brand Enablement efforts. You will be responsible for developing brand user journeys for our Non-Technical and Technical audiences, coordinating our Thought Leadership content programs, managing sponsorship partnerships, global enablement, partner enablement and top of funnel alignment and coordination across the business. This position reports to the Director of Brand & Thought Leadership.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Develop and Execute Brand Building Strategies Create and implement strategies that strengthen brand presence, consistency, and engagement across all platforms by aligning with marketing teams responsible for sponsorships, events, SEM, digital landing experiences, content, social, customer reference, demand generation and corporate communications.
  • Brand Media Strategy & Execution Develops and implements the brand’s media strategy to optimize brand presence and engagement across paid, earned, and owne d media channels. Analyzes campaign performance and adjusts media plans as needed to align with brand objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, HR, Partner Marketing, Regions, Sales, Partner and Product teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business objectives. Provide Enablement support as required.
  • Manage Thought Leadership content programs Ensure our brand reaches the executive-level audience by coordinating strategic programs with Thought Leadership partners that will elevate the brand.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program impact on brand health, adjust strategies, and maximize impact.
  • Lead Brand/Partnership Events from strategy, identification through execution.
  • Establish Global Enablement – Build process for Global Brand Marketing enablement and
    initiatives including campaign and program guidelines, governance, communication, process and creative strategies that enables testing, adapting and refining the approach to scale brand internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Strategic Thinking and Brand Development Understanding of various marketing channels, including content, brand, sponsorships, SEM, events, and digital experiences to align them with the brand vision.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with marketing, HR, sales, product, and partner teams. Capability to integrate different team objectives in to a unified brand strategy.
  • Project and Agency Management Expertise in managing external partners and agencies, including overseeing execution briefs, creative strategy, and campaign alignment. Project management skills to lead brand initiatives, partnerships, and global events from planning through execution.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Thought Leadership and Content Development Experience in managing thought leadership content programs that elevate the brand's position in the market.
  • Global Brand Enablement and Governance Skills in defining and implementing brand marketing initiatives that include campaign guidelines, governance, and processes for international scaling. Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt brand strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
  • 10+ years' of brand marketing experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred, and the ideal candidate brings 5+ years of building media partnerships and content programs.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and budget management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Vendor/agency management experience.
  • Experience managing Localization of Brand Campaigns
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $172,000 – $259,000. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
