Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance the testing of products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the highest quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Develop and maintain automated UI test suites using Selenium and Cucumber BDD frameworks. - Perform regression, sanity, and functional testing through automation. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and report issues clearly and efficiently - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD concepts. - Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, and browser behaviors - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. -Familiarity with Visual Code(VS Code) as primary development environment. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. -Proficient in using Azure Repos - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in automated test scripts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
