Aperçu du poste:

En tant que Coordinateur des opérations Direction (H/F), vous êtes le partenaire stratégique du Comité de Direction Europe de l’Ouest, garantissant l’efficacité des décisions, des projets transverses et des processus de gouvernance, avec une exposition directe au top management et des perspectives vers des fonctions stratégiques ou opérationnelles.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  :

• Coordonner la gouvernance : préparer les ordres du jour, consolider les supports et assurer le suivi des décisions du CODIR

• Analyser et piloter les indicateurs : produire des synthèses, suivre les KPI et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord

• Gérer des projets transverses : accompagner des initiatives stratégiques (digitalisation, transformation, optimisation des process)

• Assurer la communication exécutive : rédiger des notes et présentations pour le CODIR

• Soutenir l’OU Lead : prioriser les sujets, suivre les actions et anticiper les besoins

• Animer le réseau des assistants de direction en lien avec le directeur du support aux opérations

• Organiser les rendez-vous clients stratégiques : préparer les briefs

• Piloter le calendrier CODIR et apporter un support direct au Directeur Général Europe de l’Ouest

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, école de commerce ou université – gestion, stratégie, organisation) ou expérience équivalente

• Expérience terrain réussie (ex. : Ingénieur Commercial, Manager Chantier, Manager…)

• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse

• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Anglais courant (écrit et oral)

• Leadership naturel et aisance relationnelle

• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et confidentiel
