What you will be doing
The Manager, Technology Risk & Controls will report to the Chief Risk Officer (Client Accounts) Australia and New Zealand and support the Account Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to uplift the account Risk Management Framework (RMF) and drive better risk outcomes within the Client Account and broader DXC A/NZ Client Account team.
What will keep you busy
· Provide a strategic view to senior management and Line 2 for current and emerging risks across business, and the effectiveness of operational risk and compliance management. This includes communicating the ‘bigger picture’ as to how these risks are being managed.
· Lead the oversight, monitoring and/or management of key operational risks and controls across the client account – Line 1 activity:
· Co-ordination of operational risk governance activities including uplift of RCSA Frameworks (inc. uplifting risk registered, compliance monitoring programs, and control self-assessment programs).
· Help develop and embed a Control Assurance Program, Risk & Control Self-Assessment Program (RCSA) and Control Monitoring Program (CMP) across the Client Account. Specifically focused on Change Management and Projects supporting the Cards & Payments Services Platform.
· Help undertake Line 1 Risk and Control Assurance activities across the Cards & Payments Services Platform. This includes leading and conducting Quality Assurance reviews and validation of review outcomes.
· Identify, initiate and manage actions to mitigate risks and to strengthen controls, including issues identified through audits and other external processes.
· Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to stakeholders to mitigate issues and incidents, remediate control weaknesses/gaps and implement risk indicators and sustainable control testing.
· Conducting deep dives and topical reviews and play a role of key advisory for client account and SDLC team. Support the team in change activities including project and transformation activities.
· Help the CRO by drafting and preparing RFPs, offering expert advice based on research, and incorporating the client's requirements and recommendations into the proposal packages.

This is a hybrid role, with office locations in Macquarie Park and CBD, but will also provide a flexible work environment where you can work from home 2-3 days per week.
