Location: Warsaw/Wroclaw/Krakow/Gdansk/ (hybrid)

Join our team, a group of innovative engineers building an agentic AI toolkit for next-generation automation and analytics.

As part of our permanent team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI and Data Analytics tools, used in real enterprise environments.

We focus on:

• Building agentic systems and scaffolding for intelligent automation

• Developing and fine-tuning GenAI agents for code generation, orchestration, and configuration management

• Enabling production-grade deployments with IaC, CI/CD, and advanced analytics pipelines

• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and enterprise security standards

• You will work on AI hosting, scalability, and orchestration across multiple environments (Azure, AWS, Databricks), integrating with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, and Anthropic SDKs. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment where initiative and collaboration drive innovation.

We’re seeking an engineer who is:

• Curious, proactive, and self-driven

• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams

• Hands-on with modern AI and cloud technologies

• Passionate about building reliable, compliant, and scalable AI systems

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Python and SQL skills

• Cloud & Data Platforms — Azure

• Azure OpenAI Service (GPT integration)

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

Nice to have:

• Vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search)

• Experience building and testing data pipelines

• Azure DevOps (including ML Ops)

• Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)

• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise compliance practices

• AWS ecosystem

• Orchestration or transformation tools
