What you’ll get to do:

You are the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner for an Agile team. You are primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by your team by ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.

As a member of the extended Product Management function, you are the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables your Team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.

More about the role:

You will:

  • Represent the needs of customers and the business within a particular Solution domain, typically co-represented by a Product Manager,
  • Ensure that product strategy and implementation remain connected throughout the value stream,
  • Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ for your team,
  • Build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog, and communicate effectively with various audiences.

Your responsibilities include connecting to the customer, contributing to the Vision and Roadmap; managing and prioritizing the Team Backlog; supporting the Team in delivering value; and getting and applying feedback.

You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in technical field or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree will be considered,
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner certification,

Familiarity with :

  • Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process,
  • Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making,
  • Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources; and
  • Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,800-$128,600
