As a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our 1.5 million square meters portfolio of industrial buildings in the Spanish Market. Our customer base is diverse, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds – a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company. This role reports to the Real Estate and Customer Experience Spain, Director.
The portfolio includes multiple logistics parks and standalone facilities across Spain's most important logistics corridors, representing a significant logistics footprint and a diverse customer base.
A day in the life
This permanent position is responsible for the management of a portfolio of industrial real estate assets and customer relationships in Spain. The role serves as a key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and service providers, helping ensure operational excellence, strong customer satisfaction, and portfolio performance. Working closely with leasing, legal, accounting, construction, and property operations teams, the position supports both day-to-day asset management activities and strategic customer engagement. Success in this role requires balancing customer needs, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and property operations across a diverse logistics portfolio, while contributing to the long-term growth and value creation of the business.
