About the Role

For one of our client we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to support the development and delivery of compelling visual communication materials for both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to communication campaigns, digital content, publications, presentations, and multimedia products while ensuring high standards of design, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital communication channels.

  • Develop layouts and creative concepts for brochures, reports, factsheets, posters, roll-ups, presentations, and other communication materials.

  • Create engaging digital content for websites, newsletters, social media campaigns, infographics, banners, and interactive formats.

  • Produce and edit motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content to support communication campaigns.

  • Adapt existing visual assets, templates, and creative concepts for new audiences, channels, and formats.

  • Prepare print-ready, web-optimised, and video-ready files according to technical requirements.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Visual Identity & Brand Management

  • Apply and maintain visual identity guidelines across all communication materials.

  • Ensure consistency, clarity, accessibility, and usability in both static and animated content.

  • Develop and update graphic, presentation, and animation templates.

  • Provide advice and guidance on design, visual storytelling, and motion design best practices.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual communication standards and processes.

Project Coordination & Production Support

  • Support the technical and organisational aspects of design and multimedia production.

  • Prepare technical specifications for print, digital, and audiovisual outputs.

  • Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and production partners when required.

  • Maintain structured file management, archiving, and version control practices.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with communication specialists, project managers, content creators, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work.

  • Experience in motion design and animation.

  • Excellent visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual communication principles.

  • Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles in digital communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

  • English: minimum B2 level (written, spoken and reading comprehension).
