We are seeking a Station Manager to lead our dedicated team in our facility in Sindelfingen. In this pivotal position, you will oversee operational processes, enhance efficiencies, and ensure the highest standards of quality in our logistics operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development: Schedule and conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching to foster a high-performance culture. Provide regular feedback to your team members and take accountability for team performance
Process Optimization: Analyses and document operational processes, identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse performance reports to drive informed decision-making within the department
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and integrate new regulations into operational procedures
Collaboration & Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, transporters, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless operations
Problem Solving: Proactively address complex operational challenges and advise the Country Manager on necessary improvements

Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on operational procedures
Minimum skills required:
Fluency in German and strong command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector
Pay range: 65,000 - 85,000 EUR
