We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional  

Head of Commercial Growth, Service Point Network

to lead the commercial development and partnerships of Posti's Service Point Network in alignment with the strategy.

In this role, you will ensure the growth of the Service Point Network through new partnerships, as well as enhance the unit's existing cooperation to meet the eCommerce operators’ and consumer needs. You’ll have a central role in driving expansion and ensuring Posti remains the leading service point network in Finland.

As the Head of Commercial Growth, you’ll be shaping the future of how our services are accessed across the country. Your work will directly impact customer convenience, partner value, and Posti’s strategic positioning in a competitive and rapidly evolving market. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on development in a role that drives visible results and long-term impact.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring the expansion and growth of Posti's Service Point Network and excellent partner experience 
  • Acquiring new partnerships, identifying and securing new partnerships and leading demanding partnership negotiations to foster mutually beneficial relationships
  • Managing existing partnerships in collaboration with the respective team to maximize value and performance 
  • Standardizing and developing the Commercial Growth team’s processes, optimizing the use of systems and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Acting as an inspiring leader for new partnership acquisition and fostering commercial mindset throughout the organization 

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Relevant university degree and strong track record in leading and developing high performing commercial teams 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans that align with organizational goals 
  • Experience and understanding of sales management tools (e.g. Salesforce) and developing them 
  • Preferably experienced in logistics and eCommerce operating models
  • Experience in service point networks in retail and chain environment  
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, experience with a track record of successful negotiations, and strong collaboration abilities 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English; Swedish is considered an advantage
  • Driving license and willingness to travel in Finland
