As part of RI Factory Logistics, this role will support warehouse operations such as leading material review committee, supports warehouse inbound to outbound operation and logistics planning, also the candidate possesses basic knowledge in SAP warehouse management system. Basically, this role will continuously improve and enable warehouse operations from inbound to point of use for assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handles material review committees (MRC), leads resolution on warehouse operations defective components
• Governs and executes shelf-life management for about 300 parts
• Leads built in quality (BIQ) for logistics operations
• Supports improvements in logistics processes through projects and Kaizen tasks
• Assists on SAP warehouse management system for operations
• Supports warehouse digitalization and technology initiatives
• Supports defect free warehouse transactions
• Supports warehouse compliance to ISO audits and internal inventory audits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / equivalent graduation/degree is a must
• 2 to 6 years of work experience in warehouse operations / warehouse management systems / inventory management in manufacturing industry
• Foundational knowledge in SAP WM / equivalent applications
• Good interpersonal skills for internal and cross functional collaboration

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Lean Deployment and 6Sigma Projects
• Microsoft 365, Power BI and Power Apps
