The HR Business Partner at the Sensata Manufacturing site in Plovdiv partners closely with managers and team leaders to align people and business needs, with a focus on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

General Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering the full HR agenda and providing comprehensive support to management and employees.

• Support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.

• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent application of policies and labor law.

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning to support operational needs and talent continuity.

• Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Support leadership development and training programs to strengthen capability and performance.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, KPIs, and market intelligence to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and health and safety standards.

• Contribute to change management, HR projects, and continuous improvement.

Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD or similar certification is an advantage.

• Five or more years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation and HR best practices.

• Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and market analysis.

• Skilled in employee engagement, change management, and leadership development.

• Experience working with HRIS, data reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
