The Opportunity:

As a CACI Psychological and Information Operations Advisor, you bring the full spectrum of Information Related Capabilities (IRC) and Sensitive Activities, Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities in direct support to the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify, neutralize, and/or eliminate current and emerging threats and enemy threat networks.

Responsibilities:

You will embed with, advise, and provide the subject matter expertise (SME) to Combatant / Theater Commands at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material, non-material capabilities, and IRCs to eliminate or neutralize current and emerging threats and the networks that employ those threats. The advisor should have a knowledge base (or awareness of): Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations, Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), as well as Cyberspace Operations.

The advisor will be expected to be adept at comprehensive mission analysis, assessment skills, and in-depth analytic problem solving. The advisor should be innovative when employing and integrating full spectrum IRCs and information systems into PE/UW/SA; capable of integrating with the intelligence community (IC) and interagency; able to create innovative concepts in order to counter adversaries malign use of influence activities within the Information Environment (IE), while at the same time being considerate of relevant cultural aspects that could affect planning, security, required risk assessments, and the mission (including the ability to effectively integrate partner-force activities into mission analysis and execution; by, with, and through). The advisor is required to be effective in the application of technical skill sets as it applies to planning and execution, and tracking measures of performance (MOPs) through attaining measure of effectiveness (MOEs) and subsequently providing advice on the application of capabilities to address the threats.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
  • Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
  • Must have in-depth experience working at a TSOC, CCMD, or Joint Task Force.
  • Must have a Russia cultural understanding and/or language skill.
  • More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
  • Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
  • You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed
  • Associates degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.

Desired: 

  • More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA development and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
  • Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
