Duration: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

Are you an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty? EROAD is on the lookout for a Senior Accountant who is not only meticulous but also quick-thinking and versatile. This role will keep you on your toes with a broad range of tasks and there will never be a dull moment! 

What will you be doing?  

In this hands-on position, you will own the end-to-end accounting process for our North American business. Your daily interactions will include collaborating with North American sales reps, customers, and team members. You’ll be supporting and mentoring others, ensuring that financial accuracy is achieved while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. 

Alongside owning the end-to-end accounting process, you’ll ensure precision in managing month-end activities through detailed reconciliations and journal entries. You will deliver clear, actionable insights and advice to guide business decisions and enhance performance. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will also include continuously refining financial processes and systems, assisting with audits, and providing necessary information and explanations to support our overall financial integrity.

• Hands-On and Driven: Although you won’t be managing a team directly, you’ll own the entire accounting process. Be prepared to dive into tasks and provide support and mentorship to team members.
