Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Micro Focus LoadRunner. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing application requirements, and developing and executing performance test scripts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performance test lead with Neoload tool experience
- Experience in Performance Testing/Engineering of SAP application
- Hands-on experience with Client Neoload (MANDATORY) .
- Define, develop and Execute Performance Testing strategy for large programs in the distributed
environment.
- Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects.
- Experience with NFR management and extrapolation Strong knowledge of performance engineering
concepts
- Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution,
defect management, and reporting.
- Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Have expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity, and Failover (Software &
Hardware) testing.
- Client / Server-Side / Database monitoring
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Analyze application requirements and design and develop test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Create and maintain performance test reports and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing tools and techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in analyzing application requirements and designing and developing test plans and test cases.
- Experience in identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Solid grasp of performance test reporting and providing recommendations for performance improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality performance testing solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
