As a Developer within Biz Apps CRM, you’ll leverage your subject matter expertise to design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platforms solutions across all phases of Avanade projects. You will lead client engagements and delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutions
• Gain hands-on experience across the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies
• Support the development of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Perform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components
• Learn and apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI use
• Contribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

• +2 years of hands-on experience with Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Graduates with a min Bachelor's Degree within Power Platforms Experiences are welcomed to apply
• Experience within the management consulting space of work managing local or regional projects exposures
• Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, JavaScript, and integration via REST APIs and SFTP, SSIS.
• Experience in team management, technical coaching, and delivery ownership.
• Ensure consistency across multiple environments by managing configurations and deployment strategies, as well in automation & customization
• Resolves solution layering and dependency conflicts during code deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear terms.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience, guiding teams effectively and ensuring proper delegation of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and drive effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience with ReactJS or Power Platform components.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Implements and optimizes automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for Dynamics 365 solutions.
