We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to join the team working on accelerating the delivery of intelligent AI-driven experiences throughout our products, services, and solutions so they work better together. The role will lead a cross-functional product effort to develop software products and deliver meaningful change in the daily workflow of our users. Successful candidate will be a future-ready leader who is motivated to solve tough challenges, to learn quickly and grow, and is dedicated to delivering material value to HP’s businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans for new AI and Better Together solutions 

  • Collaborate with business unit PMs and HP GTM functions to create sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, and training materials such as New Product Launch deck, Key Selling Points messaging, Sell against materials, Sales Webinars, etc. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral 

  • Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments. 

  • Monitor competitive market to determine client needs for product improvements, and to fine tune sales documents for impact 

  • Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members

  • Education and Experience Required:

  • MBA or equivalent experience; Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.

  • Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward. 

  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.  

  • A growth mindset. Must fearlessly acknowledge successes and setbacks, accept feedback, and quickly progress the team to the next step. 

  • Passion for learning and trying new hardware and software technologies and their associated workings, advantages, shortcomings, and application in customer use cases and experiences. 

  • Ability to work independently, effectively management time and priorities, maintain a “problem-solving” attitude, and resourcefully bring forward ideas and recommendations. 

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
