We seek a transformational leader for our Application Management Services (AMS), A leader who coaches our Service Delivery Team to lead in creating solutions to our customer’s complex business problems by acting as a Trusted Advisor. A Leader who understands and delivers AMS in ERP centric IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead Application Management Services engagements in the ERP space comprising of technical foundation, EPM, HCM, MFG, etc., focused on accomplishing stated objectives such as timelines, cost, and service levels.

•Lead a team to assist customers in post-sale onboarding, product utilization, and pursue contract renewal/expansion opportunities. 

•Collaborate with customers and internal teams across geographical cultures and time zones that drive change management, publish solutions, implement best practices, and address customer issues.
 
•Coach our teams to lead our strategic partnership with customers to deliver solutions and customer service management based on their goals and produce new pipeline in existing accounts.

•Design, prepare and present status reports to customer and internal executives, stakeholders and management

•Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and innovation and lead projects that can be deployed to meet defined outcomes.

•Facilitate and coordinate fast acting cross functional teams for critical incidents, providing comprehensive updates, cross functional and cross application issues between teams


Qualifications:

•A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically in providing Application Management Services (AMS) to clients.

•A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.

•Experience building and leading a highly functional team of customer focused Service Delivery Leads helping the team manage client relationships and satisfaction.

•Experienced in risk management by quickly assessing and mitigating risks associated with service delivery through strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
•Experience in leading others to manage time effectively by juggling multiple critical tasks and assignments when required. 

•Bachelor’s Degree
