Job Description​

Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.

Has work commitment that is, at minimum, 6 shifts within a 6 week period. Must work 2 weekend shifts within each 6 week schedule period and 2 minor holidays or 1 major holiday each year.

Basic Life Support RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Inpatient Obstetrics Nurse - National Certification Corporation, Neonatal Resuscitation Program RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
