Join our LATAM Ops team and help shape the future of streaming ad operations.

The Supervisor, Programmatic Ad Operations will join the team to contribute to the development and success of the LATAM Ops team, bring expertise in streaming operations, becoming a key player in this growing area.
The role will lead AdOps training initiatives, establish documentation best practices, and oversee the implementation and technical considerations of new products and vendors.

The Supervisor, Programmatic Ad Operations will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily programmatic operations, providing exceptional service to our sales team. This includes analyzing active deals in different DSPs, generating analytic reports, and troubleshooting both internal and external issues.
  • Collaborate directly with Engineering, Ad Tech Vendors, and US AdOps support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and daily reporting problems.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance (QA) process for streaming campaigns, meticulously reviewing the implementation details before campaigns go live.
  • Escalate and manage system-wide bugs to ensure timely resolution and minimize business impact.
  • Work on specific analysis reports for live sports operations.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum  years of Digital and programmatic ad operations experience within an advertising agency or publisher.
  • Experience trafficking video and working with different vendors.
  • Prior experience in managing/participating in multi-departmental work groups.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising standards and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills.  Ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audiences.
  • Strong knowledge in Google Ad Manager, DV 360, Google Campaign Manager 360, Magnite, JIRA.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
