Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Applications Systems Specialist!

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.
  • Create and enhance document templates, workflows, business rules, and output processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving data, formatting, workflow logic, and output generation.
  • Support and improve existing communication workflows, including legacy solutions that may require troubleshooting and reverse engineering.
  • Work with a variety of data sources including XML, JSON, fixed-length, and delimited file formats.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, analysts, and technical team members to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and production support activities.
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and maintainability across communication workflows.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Quadient Inspire.
  • Experience with document composition, workflow development, data processing, and output generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, and Content Manager.
  • Experience with scripting, data transformation, and business rule development.
  • Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex workflow issues.
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, fixed-length, and delimited data formats.
  • Knowledge of print and mail production processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required. We place a higher value on demonstrated Quadient Inspire expertise, practical experience, and a proven ability to deliver results.
