Design, build and deploy CyberArk integration solutions as required
Contribute to the enhancement, uplift and continuous improvement of the CyberArk service
Provide specialist CyberArk technical expertise and advice to support staff
Contribute to development project related activities and meetings to support delivery of project objectives
Perform technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the CyberArk system and related customizations and subsystems.
Sustain our own professional development and ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
Build effective relationships with colleagues, users and suppliers which enable effective partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, processes, and procedures
Work as an effective team member and recognize the contributions of others to ensure the achievement of team goals
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety Policy, procedures, and legislation.
Take reasonable care for own health & safety, as well as that of others
Demonstrate the highest professional and ethical behavior in your own actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, regulatory requirements, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to engage with technical project teams and clarify requirements
Experience in writing business requirement and technical solution documents
Ability to work well as part of a team, or independently as required
Ability to manage and priorities multiple project deliverables to meet project timelines
Proven ability to interact and communicate clearly and with influence on IT architects, business people, managers and technical staff
Familiarity with explaining technical issues/solutions to both business and technical personnel
Familiarity with the software development life cycle, agile development concepts and segregation of duties Technical Skills and Experience
Solid verbal and written English communication skills
Proven problem analysis and diagnostic skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project deliverables to meet project timelines
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Currently, we are recruiting 3 roles:
1. PAM Analyst (CyberArk Operations and Administrators)
2 to 3 years of experience in CyberArk Operations and Administrations (Account Safe, platform, onboarding, etc.)
Basic knowledge of different types of OS and Databases and their hosted platforms (AWS/Azure, IAAS/PAAS, etc.)
2. CyberArk CPM/PSM Developer (Custom Plugin Development)
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing CPM/PSM Custom plugins
CyberArk Sentry Certified
Experience in troubleshooting Connector related issues
3. CyberArk Senior Engineers
Minimum 5 years of experience
CyberArk Sentry Certified
Detailed knowledge of PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CPM, CCP functionality and troubleshooting
