Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation.
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and transformational Head of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services Procurement to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of our global BPO category, driving cost-take-out strategies, and fostering a culture of performance excellence and data-driven decision-making.
You will lead a high-performing team of associates primarily based in India, serving as a strategic partner to our global business units. This role is instrumental in elevating Iron Mountain’s procurement organization to a "best of breed" level of performance, directly influencing our Supplier Diversity and Commercial Collaboration programs.
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Direct the global strategy and execution of the Business Process Outsourcing category to consolidate the labor supply base into a managed group of preferred suppliers, delivering significant cost savings and improved operational quality.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with technology, operations, and Global Business Services teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sourcing and promote "Balance of Trade" opportunities that support both Iron Mountain and its supply base.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by assessing category risks and partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance departments to lead data-driven risk/reward decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, with a specific focus on process transformation and enablement.
Strong knowledge of procurement technologies—such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Oracle Fusion—and business intelligence tools used for complex data interpretation.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing leaders at all levels to implement end-to-end procurement policies and governance frameworks.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are a plus).
