Thomson Reuters HighQ has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Specialist to join the team based in the UK region focusing on our small to medium Law firm clients.

You will have demonstrated the ability to establish, lead and grow revenues for industry leading software solution providers. Your ability to increase existing business, gain "C" Level access and sell complex solutions will be key factors in your success. You’ll be expected to leverage this skillset and experience with a business that is experiencing exceptional growth with technology and revolutionizing the way organizations run their business!

About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, at Thomson Reuters HighQ

·       You will have significant experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the “C Level” and specifically CIOs and CMOs.

·       You’ll be highly experienced at selling complex Software Solutions in a recurring revenue model

·       You’ll be accustomed to executing the full sales cycle; from qualifying, prospecting, building proposals, negotiating and closing.

·       You will be an accurate and diligent sales forecaster using Salesforce daily and reporting on KPI’s in-line with business standards

·       You will be required, to present vertical Business Plans and Large Deal Review sessions with the sales leadership team

·       Responsible for working with the Direct and Partner Teams to develop relationships, Go-to-Market Plans and Pipeline Generation activities, in order to broaden our market reach and optimise our coverage

·       You'll be expected to work well in a team selling environment and leverage the resources around you.

·       You’ll relish the opportunity to target and open key strategic accounts within medium sized Law firms

About You:

To be our Sales Specialist, HighQ you will likely have/be:

·       A strong individual contributor and team player, with proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills

·       Proven sales experience selling complex IT solutions, Enterprise / SaaS Sales

·       Extensive track record of Client Management success including presentation and negotiation skills at a senior level

·       Experienced in managing a sales process and drive effective working relationships with the team

·       Proven ability to repeatedly generate (and close) software solutions.

·       Experience of working with/sell to all levels within an organization, including Managing Partner, General Council, Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Legal Operations.

·       A self-motivated and tenacious sales individual with a desire to succeed and grow.

·       You love tech! Tech drives our business, and you must be comfortable to demonstrate and use our tech offering whilst being aware of the technology landscape at our doorstep.
