Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable and manage the IS Robotics applications from Operations domain according to IS strategy, requirements of IS and relevant Group regulations.

Each day, you will coordinate and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also improve and harmonize business finance operations through effective management. Additionally, you showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid
 

This will be a temporary replacement from June 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2027.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Governs the applications within the scope of the role by providing transparency, facilitating prioritization, and driving decisions with senior stakeholders. Collaborates with IS stakeholders to identify requirements and expected outcomes, including business cases, and assesses the necessary qualifications and data assurance.

  • Drives the standardization and harmonization of applications and systems, delivers high‑quality IT services, and contributes to business value generation through reliable and innovative application services. Manages relationships with vendors—both business‑specific and corporate—as well as internal and external service providers to ensure an effective cost‑to‑serve. Implements and manages application lifecycle management reporting, metrics, and benchmarks. Oversees support activities together with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure strong performance of application services in production.

  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Application organization, including staffing, budgeting, and other relevant management functions. Holds delivery teams and internal and external providers accountable for optimizing the cost, risk, and value of services throughout their lifecycle.

  • Reviews SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and control metrics to identify right‑sizing opportunities. Allocates resources to monitor problem volumes, RCA quality, and solution timelines, and follows up on improvement opportunities. Supports major incident and critical situation resolution by identifying root causes (through known errors and RCA), defining workarounds, and ensuring permanent fixes through planned problem resolution and change implementation.

  • Defines and enhances methodologies and practices for application lifecycle management in line with best practices and continuous improvement principles. Fulfills service requests within agreed SLAs and collaborates with the IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog.



Qualifications for the role:

  • Master’s degree with 8+ years of IT experience; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

  • Experience managing or deploying application services, with a strong understanding of end‑to‑end functional processes considered a plus.

  • Demonstrated success as an application leader in a complex, global organization with both internal and external interfaces.

  • Proven track record of implementing processes and tools repeatedly and effectively.

  • Strong ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage service request delivery within defined timelines.

  • Skilled in reviewing and interpreting SLAs and performance metrics to identify optimization and right‑sizing opportunities.

  • Experience monitoring problem‑management activities, including tracking problem volumes and assessing RCA quality.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with IS Service Owners, technical teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
