Lead the planning, development, and execution of the GTM systems strategic vision to support sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
• Complete hands-on configuration of the GTM systems, including Salesforce and Salesforce ecosystems and managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools for sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, and post-sale operations.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing implementation, ongoing support, and renewals.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and manage the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact and ROI.
• Drive seamless integration across systems to support scalable workflows and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Data team to establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training programs to drive user adoption and maximize the value of GTM systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in GTM operations, continuously evaluating and optimizing the tech stack.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, GTM systems management, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are required.
• Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and managing sales engagement (e.g. Outreach, Gong, Salesloft), marketing automation (e.g. Marketo, Mailchimp), data enrichment (Zoominfo, CoStar), and post-sale tools.
• Proven track record of designing scalable system architectures and workflows across sales, marketing, and post-sale operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with a focus on dat accuracy and actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA) is preferred.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a bias toward ownership and action.
