Job Summary

The Senior Open Source and AI Engagement Strategist exercises expert judgment to lead non-routine and complex programs, working to set and achieve objectives tied to functional targets. The role may involve coordinating the activities of other team members and providing mentorship to newer staff. This position requires creative problem-solving to address program complexities and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also serve as a key liaison for cross-functional partnerships. Depending on the organization this role is aligned to, the role may be responsible for internal and/or external client-facing initiatives. This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.

What you will do:

  • Lead the execution of multiple complex programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, offering advice and oversight to ensure high-quality program execution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring program alignment with customer expectations.

  • Manage program risks and employ creative solutions to overcome challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results, maintaining accountability for program outcomes.

  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and updates on program progress and outcomes.

  • Coordinate team activities and ensure that program tasks are completed on time and within scope.

The salary range for this position is $133,650.00 - $220,680.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
