Carrying out second level support (24/7) on the hotline / by email including documentation of incoming service cases including solution description
You analyze processes in the SAP WM / EWM environment (including MFS)
You create training documentation and conduct customer trainings
You will supervise and support the project phases of testing, commissioning, go-live and ramp-up at home and abroad
You create the necessary documentation and change requests for our customers
You will visit our customers onsite (approx. 25% travel time) and familiarise yourself and, if necessary, your colleagues with the systems
You will act as the Point of Contact for various customers to establish and create continuous communication with our support customers
You record change requests and discuss their implementation in the team
Technology Stack you will work with:
SAP S/4 Hana (SAP WM Module)
SAP EWM module
Jira, Confluence, Ticket-Tool (Redmine)
Your Skills and Expertise:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or an internship with a corresponding background
First or several years of professional experience in the area of customer service / incident management
Good process knowledge in the SAP modules SAP WM / EWM/MFS desirable, but not mandatory
Practical experience with automated warehouse processes, as well as a good understanding of these are also advantageous
Fluent in written and spoken English
Fluent in written and spoken Polish
Service- and customer-oriented approach, as well as a confident and friendly manner
Agile and flexible mindset
Stress resistance and the ability to work in a team as well as initiative and a problem-solving orientation
