About the Role
This role is responsible for claims processing, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service standards. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of insurance claims handling, flexibility to work across multiple platforms to efficiently provide an accurate claim decision, maintain a reliable claim documentation and/or resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.Roles and Responsibilities:
