We are looking for a full time Customer Banking Specialist to work between our multichannel Jurien Bay and Dalwallinu branches!
What is a Multi Channel Branch?
Our branches serve customers through a variety of different means.
On some days, our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. On the remaining weekdays we assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. The days are set and vary from branch to branch.
