The Account Services Administrator (ASA) for the Client Services Team is responsible for the health and retention of a group of clients. Managing expectations and ensuring data is processed with the highest quality are the priorities of the ASA.  Vusion has a reputation for excellent customer service and this is paramount in this role. Customer focus is essential, but ASA must also keep business goals in mind in order to maintain efficiency and productivity. 

What You Will Do

Participate in and oversee processing of electronic client data from trucking companies, paying close attention to exceptions that may require manual intervention. This person must make solid decisions about irregularities that may appear in the data.  Accuracy, attention to detail and common sense are essential.  Priorities may change from day to day, so the need to switch gears gracefully and accommodate changing workflow is essential.  This role requires direct customer contact.

  • Overall account maintenance, retention, and support
  • Anticipation and resolution of client needs and concerns
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email and telephone
  • Upload data files timely and accurately
  • Process streams of GPS (Global Positioning System) data, correcting irregularities and gaps in data
  • Research and resolve escalated issues
  • Work with a variety of data feeds, including GPS, fuel, and dispatch points to support our services
  • Meet monthly and quarterly deadlines for processing data and preparation of fuel and mileage tax returns
  • Take initiative to complete outstanding tasks without the need for direction
  • Work on projects or other tasks as necessary

What Skills & Experiences You Should Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 5 years’ experience in a professional capacity may be substituted
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience with Microsoft Excel, including using basic formulas
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in analysis or data analysis activities
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable making decisions, relying heavily on knowledge, good judgment and common sense
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills (programming not necessary)
