As Finance Partnering Pure Embedded Staff you will be responsible for supporting the Finance function by preparing and maintaining tax records, returns, and reports.  You will also participate in the development and implementation of the tax strategy to reduce tax liabilities.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Monitor Distributors’ stock levels

  • Follow up of variances in stock count report and raise debit note to warehouse

  • Monitor overdue accounts to ensure we meet working capital target

  • Ensure posting of monthly credit and debit notes within 30 days of invoice date and ensure monthly allocation of payments against invoices

  • Prepare debtors analysis report for sales team and manage overdue debts

  • Prepare monthly anti-bacterial sales breakdown report

  • Ensure accuracy of sales value reporting to show the true business performance

  • Support the Finance Manager in contributions to the development and delivery of strategic objectives of defined projects

  • Perform monthly analysis and review of project spends {A&P} with the Marketing team to support monthly performance commentaries

  • Drive continuous improvement in business partnering which enhances the understanding of the Executive and Senior Management teams of their key financial performance

  • Support the Finance Manager in contributions to the development and delivery of Corporate Plans and objectives for the Organization

  • Investigate exceptions and facilitate corrective action

  • Ensure timely submission of monthly reports on sales and other reporting requirements defined within projects

  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners on finance activities

  • Prepare comparative data for monitoring of planned and actual costs and release

  • Ensure accuracy of batched payments on electronic payment system

  • Confirm relevant standard operating procedures are in place and in use for the department

  • Ensure Self Inspection (L1 audit), Monitoring Inspection (L2 audit), and Global Quality Product (L3 audit) are carried out for the department
