GCG is seeking Janitors skilled in cleaning all equipment, according to established cleaning schedules and standards; and following all HACCP procedures and requirements.

Requirements:

• Ensuring that all kitchen equipment and buildings are effectively cleaned as specified by the cleaning schedules.

• Ensuring that airline equipment is cleaned and stored in a timely manner.

• Cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing utensils and equipment and ensuring proper dishwashing methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of four (4) CXC certificates including Mathematics and English Language.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position. 

• Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules and HACCP would be an asset.

• Valid Police Certificate of Character
