Key Responsibilities

• Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions and criteria for candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Job Advertising: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, fostering positive relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analytical Skills: Assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
