Job Description:

This role serves as the Finance Lead for Vision Care China, acting as the primary finance business partner to the Vision Care China Leadership Team. The position is accountable for driving sustainable business growth, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring a strong compliance and control environment. It oversees the full China Vision Care P&L management, including planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and channel consolidation. The role also provides financial leadership for key strategic and ad‑hoc initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Performance Management
  • Own end‑to‑end P&L planning, forecasting, and actual performance analysis for Vision Care China.
  • Deliver insightful financial reporting, assess business performance, and quantify risks and opportunities to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Support commercial leadership by defining and executing financial strategies that drive profitable and sustainable growth.
• Strategic Partnership & Business Support
  • Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Vision Care China management team.
  • Provide financial expertise for strategic projects, business reviews, commercial initiatives, and channel consolidation activities.
  • Lead the development, standardization, and preparation of management reporting and decision‑support tools.
• Governance, Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure a robust internal control and compliance framework aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen financial processes and governance to support disciplined business execution.
• Team Leadership & Culture Development
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the China Vision Care Finance team to strengthen organizational health, build engagement, and foster a high performing team.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and global finance partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely delivery of financial commitments and reporting requirements
